Shipping & Returns
Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 8 and 16 business days, depending on your country or region.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship all available items immediately. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
If you ordered multiple items but received only part of your order, please do not worry. The remaining items will arrive in a separate shipment shortly afterward.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. You can also check its status on our Tracking Page.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. We make every effort to process and dispatch orders quickly, so address changes may not be possible after processing has begun.

Returns
Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. Crysvibe.com will be responsible for the applicable return shipping fees.
Products without quality-related issues may also be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. In this case, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Crysvibe.com is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the shipping carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the relevant shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page.
